Not a cigar smoker but visited during a work trip to Texas. Great store, owner was very helpful, very patient and really interesting to talk to. Nice warm and welcoming vibe in the store, very accommodating. If I was ever back in Grapevine, I would most certainly call in and buy a few more to take home for the novelty of having them. Incredible range of cigars, gentleman took time to explain some different types, how they are stored etc. absolute gentleman.

Nice selection. I happened to be visiting from out of town. Person who rang me up, stayed talking to a man the entire transaction. I bought a box from the several that were available for cash only. I handed him the cash and was waiting for a total for the rest of the items purchased. He’s handing me the bagged merch and says, “hey you haven’t paid.” To which I responded with, “you didn’t give me a total. You just talked with your friend here.” I work in customer service. Excuse me while I help the next guest. See not too hard .

Did not have a good experience here. This cigar shop has a nice selection of cigars and accessories however the one star is for the customer service experience I had or lack there of. The guy behind the counter did not seem very happy to see me and my family walk in. I asked for help with a particular cigar and he made it seem like I was really bothering him by being in there. Very smug and arrogant attitude. I guess he didn't appreciate my money. Terrible customer service. Would not go back there. Would not recommend it to anyone. I prefer to go where I am welcomed.

Had a 12 hour layover whilst flying to the UK, stumbled across this fine establishment. Great customer service and friendly members. My friends at home thoroughly enjoyed the cigars.
