I had an excellent experience at Gilbertsville Cigar Factory! They have a wide selection of cigars and smoking accessories. The atmosphere is perfect for a cigar lounge and I found everything clean and well kept. The pool table is an awesome addition to the lounge. I would absolutely recommend visiting.

Been here a few times and the customer service, offerings (both pipe tobacco and cigars) are fantastic. Staff has always been friendly and willing to provide great recommendations across the board. Atmosphere is clean, organized, and filled with leather chairs and the charm of a historical building. There are certainly other cigar shops around, but I do not think there is one that seeks to serve the community as much as this one. Thank you for being here.

Best cigar shop around! The staff is super helpful and kind. The atmosphere is great! The selection is also phenomenal with great prices. This is the most welcoming and helpful shop that I have ever visited. I highly recommend making a visit!

Nicest cigar lounge and store Ive ever seen. The owner was helpful and friendly. I even found a new favorite cigar thanks to him. Id honestly go out of my way to come back it was that good of an experience.
