This is an excellent shop to visit. Being newer to pipe smoking, I spent an hour just visiting with David, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I shopped for a new pipe, tools, and the perfect tobacco mix. The guys that own the place are excellent people and knowledgeable about blends, pipes, history, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to new and old pipe smokers alike.

My brother stopped by here on his trip to Gatlinburg last month and picked me up this beautiful pipe along with some different house blends. My favorites do far have been mountain mall mix and cades cove cavendish. He also said the older gentleman helping him was very chill as he described him. Hope to visit one day in person.

Stoped in over the weekend (on vacation) from the second i walked in I was in awe. I don’t remember the guys name but man he knows his stuff. For the past 5 months I’ve been getting into cigars. Well after speaking with this guy from Louisiana I believe it was I felt more knowledgeable. The store itself has been around for 30+ years. The smell was awesome! They have so many things to choose from…pipes, cigars, all types of tobacco. Over all great store, great staff, and alot of bang for the buck. Will be back!

Outstanding customer service! Ernest in the warehouse very friendly and helpful. He had a 2022 Christmas pipe made for me for my collection sent out to accos with pipe I ordered. This shop is definitely on my favorite list.

My favorite Tobacconists in the country. I make it a point to stop anytime I am in Gatlinburg! The shop is amazing with a great selection. Their pipe tobacco is fantastic, and I would highly recommend the Cades Cove. Great selection of pipes, including hand carved from Manfred Hortig (Pictured). Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to talk to. Thank you!
