Had high hopes, picked up a suppressor and had them process form 1 for me, went well, very pleasant at the first location, Second time I attempted to have a rifle shipped to them, emailed them info called and verified FFL info, nothing was done, called back and they said the guy got sick the next day and never sent it, started process again and they sent an expired FFL, again nothing was shipped, called gun manufacturer, they had sold out while waiting for store to send correct FFL, manufacturer ended up calling store to fix it all and get correct FFL info and I had to wait another two weeks for one to be come available, finally came in, no apologies just give us our $50 bucks (highest I have ever paid for a transfer) I asked for help with a form 1 for an SBR since my prints and info were already on file with them, even though we don't need to go through all the finger printing etc. its still full price $100, well can I have my prints I already paid for and I will file it myself, nope we want $50 more for a copy of the prints you already paid for. I would of been OK if someone would have just tossed me a bone, I purchase around 8-10 firearms a year, I usually have a better relationship with my local dealer, this whole 5 week process to get my rifle sent just rubbed me wrong. I am sure they are a good group of people, I think you need to remember you have to provide a professional service for a professional price. (UPDATE) So when I email and follow up call and am told it is handled this is an exception at Christmas time? and the document sent on the 31st had your old address which then made it invalid and held up the order again. Of course I had to call the manufacturer again after a week of no progress to find out job not done and called your store to correct the issue again. Clearly no its not my fault is your stance. I would have been ok with a little help filling out some paperwork or a simple sorry for the mix up. It's a new world out there and your not the only company who thinks no problem another customer will be along, I am happy to say that we don't treat our customers at our store like this, I make a mistake I own up to it and make it right, if done correctly is does not cost the company money to keep a good customer and sometimes a new friend. I wish you well and I am sure that you wrote the reply based on what you were told because it does not match the events in any way other than the first attempt was the 21st of Dec.
