I’ve spent time in cigar lounges all over the country, and Franklin Cigar is absolutely one of the standouts. The selection is excellent, with something for both seasoned smokers and newer enthusiasts, and the prices are very fair, which isn’t always the case in premium lounges. It’s clear the shop is run by people who actually understand cigars and the culture around them. The lounge itself is comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into for a long conversation or a quiet smoke. What really impressed me, though, was the ownership and staff friendly, attentive, and the kind of people who go above and beyond to take care of customers when situations. Such as a broken bathroom door and customer having to KoolAide man out of the restroom. The demonstrated impressive problem-solving skills and a great sense of humor under pressure. At the end of the day, Franklin Cigar delivers exactly what a great cigar shop should: good cigars, good prices, and good people. That combination is harder to find than most folks think. Highly recommended if you’re anywhere near the area.

I really like this cigar shop. Great selection of cigars and accessories! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The humidor is fairly large and well stocked with a variety of popular brands. I have purchased some popular favorites, unique items, collectibles & accessories, some I have not seen elsewhere. I definitely recommend visiting them.

Outstanding spot for sticks if you are in the Franklin area. Staff knowledgeable and extremely inviting. I travel for work to Nashville area and have now found my cigar haven away from home. 3rd visit with different staff each time, SAME outstanding experience. Check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Great selection! Very friendly staff and quite comfortable with leather seats, WiFi, soft drinks and beer, pipes and pipe tobacco, assorted tobacco accoutrements, restrooms, large-screen TVs (golf on today), plenty of parking, and great prices. I definitely recommend this place for relaxation or a business meeting. Oh, and an excellent Davidoff selection.
