Edited - customer support reached out to me. They sent me a new box and also refunded my shipping. Just received my new box and it’s in good condition. I am blown away at the lack of care and professionalism that went into packing and shipping my order. My box of backwoods was thrown into a usps envelope and shipped here. Zero packaging was used. Pretty obvious that throwing a box into a small envelope was not going to work out at all. How in the hell did I pay $12 for shipping and get this? My box of backwoods got destroyed. 5 out of 8 of the packs were ripped open and every single pack is smashed and now curved. Unbelievable. Complete waste of money on my part. I would never use this company again.

charged me 20$ for expedited shipping took 2 weeks to even come and then shipped me the wrong order. when i reached out about getting my right order they told me to send their product back and i can place another order… no discounts no compensation.

This is the second time I've driven out here and they were closed outside of the hours posted. I call the number posted here and the number on the door, and no one answers. Absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely livid, having driven down here twice. I liked the first time i came down here a few months ago, but now twice this week and you're closed. I'l will never shop here again.

If you're hesitant to buy from this location, they will always do good business. I wasn't sure because nowadays reviews are fake. But the reviews are true really great company with a great selection of popular brands. I love the prices 😍. Fast delivery only took 2 days to get to the west coast. This is now my go to company for anything tobacco. I will only order from here, no more smoke shops for me! Thank you FTS ❤️
