Jamar was very helpful in recommending a fine cigar. I will recommend this store to anyone who enjoys quality tobacco and outstanding customer service. Jamar also recommended a new pipe and I absolutely love it.

Needed a little getaway, and also knock out some work. I'd been to Fidel's a few times now for sticks, but this was my first hang in the lounge. Nick was awesome recommending a GREAT smoke. The lounge was clean, well ventilated and super chill. Couldn't ask for more. My new hideaway! Cheers!

One Word Phil. He was Amazing. Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Cigars. The smell of the cigars are bit overpowering when entering Fidel's. However U will get use to it. The place has a comfy feel to it. I got 3 cigars for $22. Luv it. Check out review: Ashley SoBougee on YouTube

Great little lounge. Nick was friendly and helpful. A good variety of cigars to choose from. I visit Kansas City once a year, and I'll be back.

Great place. Really enjoyed the selection of cigars and greatly appreciated the hospitality. Was recommended a fine cigar to enjoy inside. Can't wait to visit again, this time with a fine brew in hand.
