Will is the best. The drinks are fantastic, the humor is on point. Funny story, someone in our group tried to put a phone in the back of a booth for a group picture. Don't do that, phone dropped behind the booth. Will help us rescue the phone. Totally recommend. Good filtration in here.

I travel to find different cigar shops/lounges. I traveled 2 hours to visit Federal Cigar and I was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Selection and pricing was very good. The lounge downstairs had a great atmosphere. I met some great people. I highly recommend a visit.

Stoped in to buy cigar while visiting Portsmouth. Shop was very clean and had a huge selection. Would like to go down in the cigar lounge next time I go in.

Great selection of cigars, I was truly impressed they carry Padrons and Davidoffs. That being said the cigars are a bit dried out. That's the only reason I'm not leaving five stars. The bar portion downstairs is absolutely brilliant. I would LOVE to return and enjoy another smoke and drink there. Amazing atmosphere for a cigar aficionado. The music selection was phenomenal, Old Blue Eyes

Incredible cigar bar and lounge! Thoroughly enjoyed the environment. Luke makes a classy rye old fashioned. True gentleman’s palace.
