Highly recommend this store!! First time going yesterday to buy my fiance some cigars for Christmas. I was nervous because I've never been in a cigar lounge, and I don't know anything about cigars. I'm upset that I can't remember this employees name but he was a nice looking taller bald gentleman that just looked like he belonged there. I had with me a special box that I wanted to fill for my fiance along with some cirque du solei tickets beneath the cigars. This man walked me around the whole room explaining cigars top to bottom. I told him price didn't matter and I trusted him to fill the box. He literally could have sold me the store but he didn't try to up-sale anything. He made sure he put only as many in the box that I wanted. That man tried to make my box perfect not knowing anything that my fiance might like. This may have been the best customer experience I've had my whole life and im in my 40's. Owner-give this man a raise, he deserves it!

From Oklahoma, stopped by to check it. Must say it was awesome. Gentlemen there were very welcoming treated me like a regular. Highly recommend . Picked up a shirt before leaving. You will not be disappointed.

On a quick day-drive business trip with the wife, I was the tagalong this time. So, once I dropped her off — I went a huntin’ for a spot to chill and do some writing, work on a few designs, and check on clients. With a quick search I found Fat Ash cigar lounge. Great selection, and proper humidor. Steven was my greet, nice guy, showed me around a bit, brewed up some coffee and offered me a seat. There were several gents on the other side catting it up, that was nice to hear in the background — but I was also thankful Steven listened to the fact that I was there to do some writing, and he offered up a spot for solo work. Whether you’re a local looking to catch up with the crew, or a digital cowboy passin’ through like me, this is one spot that is a welcoming respite for your day’s travels.

Visited for the first time after being recommended by a friend and I definitely like the atmosphere and the scenery inside as well as the great selection of cigars they even have to choose from. Couple of the people seem very relaxed and down to earth. Didn't seem stuck up or untitled which I have ran into at others so that's a plus. Fair price and friendly so we'll definitely have to check it out and sit down for a smoke in the lounge.

The Cheers of cigar lounges. There are lots of regulars, and along with the owner and staff, everyone is friendly and awesome. Really good cigar selection, staff and regulars are knowledgeable and helpful, and best of all: Boyd County is no longer a dry county!
