Cigar Town has a certain elegance and refined spirit that I enjoy. This, and the staff is helpful and the prices reasonable. I was helped immediately on entering and made a quick visit to the humidor. It is nicely stocked and not cramped. The staff person, Oday accompanied me (common these days) which meant I felt a little pressure to be brief and to the point. I mentioned the brands I enjoy and he was quick to point me to my favorite. This is a worthwhile place to visit if you are a fan of good cigars and the gear to enjoy them with.

You guys are awesome thank you for providing the convenience and the best cigars. Staff is amazing I always love asking them. What’s your favorite cigar at the moment and then trying it. Very friendly

WOW! So impressed with Cigar Town. This is twice now I have had great experiences. I came here and Mo greeted me immediately upon entry, with a big, warm smile. I am a new smoker and have made some mistakes my first few times, that did not result in the best smoke. Mo happily went over things with me and took all the time I needed. He was extremely friendly with such a warm disposition. I enjoyed chatting with him and learning about different types of cigars and what are best suited for beginners as well as sharing wonderful conversations about life, in general. I was grateful for his sweet personality. Now that I have experienced the environment at Cigar Town, and on different occasions, had TWO AMAZING (truly amazing, helpful and kind) salesman help guide me and engage in wonderful conversations, I feel that I can't give Cigar Town anything less than FIVE STARS!!! The stores are so clean, welcoming and even for novices like myself, you don't feel intimidated because of the wonderful people that work at the Cigar Town shops who are there for you every step of the way so that you can enjoy the experience of smoking a cigar. I walked in with a smile and left with a smile..... that's what's called a great shopping experience with great customer service. Cigar Town employees are awesome! Thank you, Mo!!! Highly recommend this location. The customer service is amazing. Hussein helped my friends and I pick out the perfect cigars for each of us individually before hitting the course in the morning.
