LarderRoom...I was in town and looking for a few sticks. I stopped in the local Emerson's Cigars. They had the perfect selection and also make some decent recommendations. This trip ended with a pair of Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Presidente. You will never go wrong with a Padron! Staff was extremely helpful, they had all the punches and cutters and also provided matches. These came in handy since I was traveling without my gear. Thanks Emerson's.

This is the BEST CIGAR STORE in the Hampton roads area. The cigars are always in perfect condition and ready to smoke. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The seating is good and there is a comfortable outdoor seating area.

Great cigar spot in Hiltop. Keith is an absolute expert when IT comes to cigars giving awesome suggestions for what you are looking for. Also he is super friendly and helpful. Love IT I can’t say enough about the customer service at this location. Just met with Christine and she gave me an awesome suggestion for just what I was looking for. Also super friendly and welcoming. Love IT If you haven’t been here when Christine is working you need to hit her up. She has so much knowledge about cigars and always gives me the best suggestions especially with the limited release Fat Bottom Betty

My favorite thing about Emerson's is that they save your previous order. So if you are like me and only smoke a few cigars a year and can never remember the last one you liked they can help you figure out what it was. I am going to share a brief story to illustrate how friendly and great the staff is. I told them about a nice box of cigars I had bought years ago from another cigar shop and they took the time to look it up and help me figure out what it was. That is what good staff does. They take the time to help the customers that are in front of them. Aside from the friendly and helpful staff and the online system that helps you figure out your past orders they have an excellent selection of the latest cigars.
