The owner is an incredibly nice and helpful man and so is the staff. They helped me find a gift for a friend and they had inventory that other places didn’t so I really appreciate that I was able to get my friend their perfect gift. Amazing experience, definitely would recommend My only caveat is that they don’t have a larger lounge section that there is no in store bar however, I understand it is a retail space so there are some limitations to that, but if they ever choose to expand to their own building and make those choices I’m sure try would constantly be packed. The ambience is amazing and the staff makes it worth it. Great selection, check them out!

Best variety of pipe tobacco and cigars in Virginia Beach. Dan the Cigar Man was friendly and professional. Prices are average but the fact that they more than likely have what you are looking for makes it worth it.

We have tried two locations and at the second, the staff referred us to this reasonably priced torch that has the bonus features of changing colors after lighting. With a wide selection of cigars for any taste, Emerson's Cigars and their staff were great for an out-of-towner.

The staff was friendly. Even though it was a packed house i had multiple employees ask if i needed help. Big selection at extremely reasonable prices.... well, cigar prices that is.
