Jack was an awesome and attentive salesperson. He helped me put together an exquisite gift for a special person who was retiring. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable about every cigar in the store. Jack helped me pick out a good variety of cigars, a special cigar box and some nice 50th anniversary gift packaging. Even Jack's lounge customers were pleasant and friendly. Mr. Detroit taught me how a cigar should be smoked. I hope Mr. Detroit is there on my next visit...I want to learn more :). Happy 50th Anniversary Cigars!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed a My Father with the friendly and helpful staff and a few regulars in some very comfy leather chairs and some background jazz and coffee as well.

I visited the store on February 20th while visiting the area for a tournament. I called and spoke to James "Jim" who was very polite and courteous on the phone. When I arrived right away I was greeted by Jim and his associate Tim. I was very impressed by the selection and atmosphere. James took excellent care of me especially since I had no knowledge of cigars. He took the time and was very detailed. I expressed I was getting them as a gift and he displayed them in a case with such care. I returned the next day only Tim was there but the customer service was continuous. Tim my daughter loved her gum cigar thanks again. I would definitely recommend Emerson Cigars to everyone I know. I was a hit with my fiance he loves his cigars Jim!
