Ignore the 1 star reviews. I've been going to Edward's for years, even when it was a different owner and its always been great. I've been to many shops all over the place and even out of state, their service is great compared to most. Half of the complaints I keep reading have to with price marks ups on tobacco... Buying online is cheaper... because your not paying tobacco state tax, duh its cheaper online. Support local people, its good for the local economy people. Edwards is great and its also a great place to go in a smoke with your buddies and meet new people. Honestly, I can say going in to Edwards and smoking in the lounge is my favorite day each week! Also, TRY THE TERRY JOHNSON CIGARS, AMAZING!

Not my favorite cigar shop. I like to visit different cigar shops to see the inventory, ask what they do and don't like. I'll usually say these are some of my favorites and they might point me to something new to try. Not here the older guy working the counter was short unhelpful and told me nope don't carry that nothing like it here, don't have those brands. Which all in all is fine he was just short and rude. Maybe a bad day for him. However I wont be back.

I wanted to have a bit of time to think before I knee-jerked a review and I’ve really thought about positives or anything that would get me to go back. I can’t do it. After viewing other reviews, I’m fairly comfortable with giving this establishment a low review. Every low rating I read mentioned the poor staff/customer service. The staff that was there treated me as if they are the only game in town and the internet doesn’t exist. “Condescending” is a word I’ve seen it described and I would agree. The poor customer service felt as embedded into that place as the smoke is. I’d suggest, if you’re new to the cigar/tobacco world, go elsewhere! I can’t fathom that service being much different and I can’t imagine someone thinking that treatment is desirable.

Very nice cigar selection. Their house cigars are a great smoke for value. The gentlemen in the lounge were very welcoming. I had a nice time both times I visited. The owner is very knowledgeable about the cigars that he sells.

This is a great place to visit during a night out with the guys or a bachelor party stop. The selection of cigars is extensive and the staff is not only knowledgeable but helpful and friendly. A must do when you visit Fort Collins, great place to watch sports or just read a book. I would give them 6 Stars if I could.
