Excellent customer service. Went for the first time with my son home on leave. We were immediately greeted and treated very well. I personally don't smoke cigars but I was impressed by the knowledge of the attendant and that he made us feel like we were their biggest customer. We bought 1 cigar but it was top notch according to my son.

This is my new go to shop when in San Antonio! Awesome family owned shop that is clean, with great service, nice lounge, comfortable atmosphere, and a nice selection of not just the big box smokes, with people that appreciate the craft! This place is like going in to visit with your family and you enjoy getting your next smoke instead of some other places that can be either really standoffish, or pretentious, or dark. Everyone feels welcome here and you will likely find a new smoke you never tried and now love and I'm a 25+ year guy in the game!
