Fabulous shop, with a vast range of cigars, accessories and pipes/pipe tobacco. Chandler took a good amount of time explaining their ranges, having the patience to check prices, strengths and vitolas. Highly recommended!! Pro tip: check their box clearance shelf with 30% off, with a special 50% discount on Mondays!

Was visiting from out of town and appreciated the great selection. The staff was very helpful in getting me smoking my new stogie as quickly as possible. Highly recommend if your in the area and wanting a smoke in a good environment. Did not try the next door bar but it looked well supplied and welcoming.

Nice place. Well air conditioned. Great prices and you get a veterans discount. 3 or 4 nice chairs to sit in to enjoy your smoke. I do recommend. 😀 jk

Moved back down south from Chicago after 6 years. I used to frequent Habana Port. I can thoroughly say I enjoyed the experience at Don Juan times ten. They can be a bit stiff at Habana Port. The kind woman working at Don Juan gave me a brief tour of what’s where and then gave me free roam and didn’t make me feel rushed or automatically assume I have to be watched. Bought a NUB Habano, haven’t fetched some distilled water to properly season my humidor, but nonetheless, the NUB maintained its humidity in the bag it was provided in and that signifies to me that Don Juan keeps their sticks properly humidified. I’ll be back soon! And thank you for a pleasant shopping experience!

Cigar Aficionado on-site at Don Juan’s was awesome. Her name was Sarah. She helped my brother-in-law and son with their choices as I know my way around the humidor pretty well. She knew something about every cigar there. I think she was in a school all of her own. After getting our selections, she filled up my newly gifted torch. After leaving the Walk-in humidor, you can either smoke in the shop on one of the many chairs or couches. You can also slip through a side door and enter the bar side. We were able to grab a private room, order some bourbon’s, Canadian whiskey’s, and water for the DD and enjoy our cigars until the cherries burned out. I recommend this place not only for its cigar selection, but also for the service we received.
