Bad experience and customer service. Wouldn’t sell to me due to some weird rule about vertical ids. The cashier read out loud my age to the employee he was training that i was well above 21. Scanned id and everything. Still turned me away after using my id to train his employee. Just went to the other store further away, nicer people there too!

Great and laid back atmosphere. Awesome selection with something for everyone! Great sized lounge, bring your own food and drinks for the win! Also, don't take getting followed in the humidor personally. It's the same at every store; basically a company policy at this point to cut down on theft, but the employees try to make it a friendly and educational experience while you're getting tailed ;) . I get it, they've got a business to protect and cigars by nature are probably easy to pocket. Just make conversation with them; these guys have a lot of cool interests outside of cigars!

Mark is wonderful. My friend John and I have been regular customers here for several years, on the weekends. The one thing that brings us back, time and time again, is Mark's wonderful hospitality. We purchase cigars and enjoy a couple hours in the lounge. It's like Mark rolls out the red carpet for us and makes us feel very much at home. He comes back and checks on all of us and tells us how grateful he is for all of us. Great prices, great service, a great atmosphere to come unwind...now with those massive flat screen TVs for watching the games! Thank goodness for Olney Davidus...really helps me de-stress at the end of a rough work week.
