The place has a relaxed vibe and you will be on a first-name basis in no time. The parking lot is a little tight but no worries. The staff are knowledgeable about their craft. There is no need to worry- the lounge is always clean and quiet. I come here to pray. (no joke)

World Class! The first impression is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The guys are showing a lot of pride in their place by taking care of it so well and by making first-time visitors feel welcome. Clean, well-lit and comfortable with an amazing selection of fine and some rare cigars in “the largest walk-in humidor in Maryland.” If you travel near here and you like cigars, you have to check it out.

Very poor customer service! On a recommendation from the tobacco specialist, I purchased the limited edition cigar from J.C. Newman. The cigar cost was $23.99 plus fees. Excited to smoke the cigar I sat in the lounge and cut it. The cold draw was very tight so I used my poker to try and unplug it. It didn't work, so I lit it hoping the cigar draw would ease, it didn't. I took it to guy who recommended the cigar and explained to him what was going on and he asked did I poke it and I said yes. I even showed him the wholes. The draw on the cigar was like sucking ice cream through a straw. He said two other guys in the lounge bought this cigar and didn't have any issues with it. What does that have to do with minds? He call the manager out of the lounge and I explained to him what was going on and he asked the same questions, then said I should use a different cut. I've been smoking cigars for over 30 years, I know a plugged cigar when I have one. I asked the manager was he going to do anything about it and he said NO, and walked back into the lounge to his buddies to smoke his cigar. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted a replacement cigar. Needless to say, I did not smoke the cigar. Very disappointing experience with the staff at this location.

Been to a couple of these cigar lounge locations so far. All have been a good experience. Plenty of cigar options to choose from. 1 cigar minimum purchase in order to have a seat in the lounge. Pool table and big screens. BYOL

Good shop. Good selection. Owner took the time to teach me about what makes a quality cigar.
