Non-existent customer service? I made an online order recently. My item hasn't shipped after several business days and they haven't responded to any of my online messages or phone calls. This is absurd and not truly reflective of the quality you expect from Davidoff.

did anyone have trouble trying to contact the customer support? i’ve made a order for the davidoff New York exclusives, and it ran me up to 300 bucks and it’s been 7 business days and it haven’t shipped. NEVER order from davidoff itself, cigar.com is a good way to go

Bought a rather expensive pipe from Davidoff and backed by an International Warranty. Pipe broke with the heat stresses of first smoke and warranty is non-existent. The pretty plastic holographic warranty card you get, is decoration. Dont waste your money. This in NOT A LUXURY BRAND, IT IS JUST OVERPRICED JUNK. BEWARE, THEIR ITEMS ARE LOW QUALITY AND THEIR "DAVIDOFF" SERVICE IS A NON-EXISTENT. TRY YOURSELF CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THEIR SITE.

Initially, I believed this to be a scam company. Though I received my order because of their lack of responsiveness I will not patronize this business again.
