This is a lounge in the woods with beautiful scenery. The atmosphere of the lounge itself matches that. Because it was in a nice part of town I was thinking I'd have to break the bank to pay for a cigar. I was very wrong. Prices of Fuente and Aganorsa were lower than what I've seen in other shops, and some boutique brand sticks were well under $12. When you get seated an employee brings out a pitcher of water and glasses for your party. One thing I didn't know until I saw one being brought out is that they also served hot drinks to order. Would be nice to see a small menu of that next tike we come around.

Went with my husband to get him a small anniversary gift. They had an incredible variety and he found some of his faves. While I do not partake, I was struck by the sense of community that was evident. The gentleman that checked us out was beyond kind and thoughtful, acknowledging our anniversary. As a woman, I felt welcomed and acknowledged and not like a nuisance. I’ve been to many other cigar stores who made me feel stupid or small for asking questions. This is huge and I will make sure to continue buying gifts at Creekside. Lastly, I truly appreciated how you can tell they love what they do and have a passion for cigars and their community of fellow aficionados. If you love cigars, and want to find a space to share with others who love it as much as you do, give them a chance!! You will not be disappointed!

As someone visiting from Jacksonville, FL, I always try to check out local cigar spots when I’m out of town, and Creekside Cigar Co. did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, Jordan and Tyler made me feel welcome. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to talk cigars, make recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. You can tell they care about the experience, not just the sale. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting — the kind of place you can sit back, light up, and enjoy good conversation. If you’re in the area and looking for a solid cigar lounge with great customer service, Creekside Cigar Co. is definitely worth the stop. I’ll be back anytime I’m passing through.

Wow! You MUST checkout Creekside Cigar. This place is well worth the drive. This is the most hospitable lounge that I have ever visited - and I’ve visited a ton. The staff is genuine, warm, and welcoming - far from intimidating or snobby. They strive to make a personal connection with everyone! Great atmosphere and comfortable “creekside” scenery with porch or deck seating available. Inside decor is modern with leather furniture, and water service. The humidor is well maintained jam-packed full of beautiful boutique blends that we adore. This lounge is on the right track, and I hope to return soon. Big shout out to Josh and Ryan who were top notch and made my experience all the better! 10.26.25 Update: My first online order included a nice hand written note of appreciation, which is the kind of hospitality that you will receive from Creekside. They truly offer an exceptional experience whether in-store or online!
