The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude when I asked about Kinky — the one with short hair working that day. She clearly didn’t care at all. We had a few items, and she didn’t even bother to offer a bag. I had to reach up and grab one myself from the top shelf while she just stood there. People come here to buy drinks and enjoy themselves, not to deal with attitude and disrespect. This place completely kills the vibe. Never coming back.

if i could rate zero starts i would. walked 4-5 blocks there after working all day last week to buy a pod purchased no problem with picture of my ID. just got back from walking all the way over there again after work and the small white woman refused to do business with me without a physical ID. idk what changed in that one week but she’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.

employees were incredibly rude. they ignored me the whole time i was in the store. one gal was on her phone behind the register- i ended up having to announce myself twice to get her attention. she took forever to count back my change too. very bad experience, will NOT be returning.

i’ve never been to the store, but i often order wine on doordash here, and they always write a heart next to my name on the bag, which i personally find to be incredibly sweet. thank you for making my day!

How do you become a regular when get treated like crap. Autumn or whatever her name is treats customers like absolute crap. Will never return
