Amazing spot! The humidor selection is plentiful to say the least. Don't worry John is there to help guide you to paradise. He truly listened and picked 2 tasty cigars that I had never tried. Highly recommend the membership here. They treat you like a king!

Everyone here is knowledgeable and helpful. This locations really cool, pool tables, clean restrooms, and a fare selection to choose from. Parkings alittle tight but im sure thats out of their hands. Definitely will continue returning.

This was my first experience visiting Club Humidor on Thousand Oaks. I am not a smoker but wanted to shop for some gifts. The experience was excellent. I was greeted immediately and explained my purpose for shopping. From the start, Maximo assisted in guiding me to the perfect gifts. He showed me around to store per my request to get further ideas for future gifts. The quality of the products available was evident from the start. Maximo was extremely patient, knowledgeable and attentive. I am thrilled with my purchases and plan to shop again at this location. Many thanks to Maximo, John and Jason!

Top of the line Top Class humidor first class customer service. All the employees were excellent immediately offering to help you in any way that they could. Bringing setups to your tables so you could have your drink. Very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and offering to go the extra step to make you feel completely welcome. I was impressed so much I bought a $30 membership. $30 annual membership includes 10% off on all their products, entry into their Lounge, free pool. They even offer free butane refills on your lighter. If you want to be treated first class this is the place to come to. I will definitely be back.

I’m 26 and I work in local government/law enforcement. I had a particularly tumultuous day and decided that a cigar would help me end out the day on a positive note. I have never shopped at this location but decided to bring my 26 y/o fiancé with me. Upon entering we were immediately ID’d which is fine, but my fiance left her driver’s license and purse at the house but had a photo of it on her phone. We were told that was insufficient and both had to leave despite a sign on the humidor which stated that “no one under 21 can enter beyond this point”. I sighed and said okay and that I would return without her and we left. I dropped her off at the house and returned. After the two clerks saw me reenter they exchanged many nervous looks at each other while I waited to be attended. I was then approached and informed that “because I left so quickly” they didn’t have the chance to explain their policy that they couldn’t sell to me for 24 hours. All the while being unable to look me in the eye. I exasperatedly said “great” and left. I then went to an affiliate store, was never ID’d, and purchased my cigars with the assistance of the clerk. Clearly there is an epidemic of underage kids going from vapes to cigars that I didn’t know about. I understand that y’all are a private business and are allowed to create and enforce whatever policies you want but clearly this was ridiculous and I wish you both the worst.
