Amazing customer service! I had a problem with my order that was most likely a factory issue, and when I reached out to CI about it by email, I got a response very quickly. At the same time the response came through, I got an order confirmation that a replacement product was shipped out to me. I didn't have to plead my case or provide a mountain of proof; they just stood by their products and services and took care of it. That is awesome!

Reading the reviews on CI, I'm shocked. They are Dr Jeckyl ,Mr. Hyde. 1 star to 5 stars. I love CI. They haven't let me down yet. Waiting on my 6th order inside 4 months. I'm writing this on Tuesday the 18th. I'm pretty confident I'll have my cigars by Friday the 21st. Always packed right. I'm charged correctly The smokes always arrive in perfect condition. Keep up the hard work CI of Bethlehem 7-19-23. The cigars are about 20 miles from my house...usps don't rest now.... 7-20-23 cigars arrived Had a problem The 8th world wonder sampler pack, they swapped out the prized olivia v meliano for some alec Bradley's. I sent an email to get this sorted out. We'll see how fast this gets resolved. The resolution to the cigar mixup was resolved by them changing the listed contents of the 8th world sampler. I'll try an Alec B lost art tonight. Outside of this. C.I. is taking care of business as far as I'm concerned. Placed an $85 order on 8-15. Used $7.99 delivery option. Left for work on 8-18. Cigars delivered sitting on my front stoop at 10am. This place is taking care of business in my opinion. Thank you C.I. of Bethlehem 10-12-23 arrived ordered 10-7 at midnight. Again, C.I. takes care of business promptly and properly. I usually get a brown bag sampler. They have sent me nothing but great cigars. When I look them up. More times than not the sticks are 90+ rated. Sleepers if you will. Thanks much 5-3-24 C.I. takes top notch care of me! Never had a bad order. I can place an order on Tuesday a.m. before work, the sticks are in my humidor Friday at 4pm. I don't live up the street from them either. My only online store. Thank you always 3-5-25. Ordered on 3-2-25......Cigars are in my Humidor at 614p central time on 3-5-25... Top notch service as always. My only online store.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cigar Bid / Cigar International. I placed an order over 10 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful, gave me no clear answers, and it was difficult to communicate as they could barely speak English. It doesn’t even seem like their support team is based in the U.S. Since both companies are the same, I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Poor service, slow shipping, and terrible customer support.

Placed order 7 days ago, shows processing, whne i contacted cs they said i didn't verify age, received two emails with nothing attached and was told they are aware of poblem. Was told I would receive follow up email by end of day, nothing. 1st and last time I use this clown show

Their customer service is declining. No loyalty program for loyal customer - worse yet, they don't let loyal customers take advantage of discount codes on their site more than one time because they are only interested in building a new client base. When asked about a loyalty program, they offered me some third-party paid program - WHAT? No thanks.... And now they are starting to bait and switch on shipping methods?? I pay for UPS Ground and the ship UPS Ground Saver - may seem like nothing, but its the difference of time in shipping a few bucks! Really!? Why play games? When I contacted customer service (overseas) they admitted fault and refunded me a couple of dollars difference but offered no assurances that it may not happen again. They just didn't seem to care. I spend 400-600/month on cigars with them. Well, i should say - i used to spend 400-600/month. I've had enough. Customer service who doesn't care and a company in decline. I think it's time for me to move on to someone else. Shame.
