We took a wrong turn and stumbled upon the store. My husband was super happy, as he has ordered from here before. Raphael greeted us and was super nice. Then Michael helped my husband out with picking cigars. He was super patient, nice, and knowledgeable. He took us on a great tour where we met Billy, Edwin and the rest of the team. I'm not into cigars, but this was even a fun experience for me to see how the business runs. After meeting everyone and how nice they were, we will definitely be even more loyal customers. Great prices! That said, I understand the need to validate delivery…but using UPS delivery to a physical address and requiring a signature meant I wasted a whole day waiting for my cigars to be delivered. Of course they didn’t arrive until late afternoon. Previous purchases were shipped to my US Postal Service post office box…I retrieve them up when I wanted and if I happened to be out of town they were in a climate controlled building. Not sure if there is a solution but it was a bit of hassle.
