I traveled from Canada and stumbled upon this hidden gem. John and his wife are wonderful hosts. It’s an excellent spot to purchase and enjoy a cigar, with an impressive lounge and fantastic selection.

Bro says hes mechanically inclined and yet he didnt notice his lighter wasnt arching (nor know all he had to do was move the ignition 1 mm) 😂😂😂😂. Great shop but google reviews are just as entertaining

John and Chuck are absolute class-acts. After a HORRIBLE experience at a local smoke shop (with a warranty issue and customer service) I decided to stop into Cigarro for an issue that I was having with my cigar torch lighter. Even though I didn't purchase it there (which I very much regret), they were willing to take a look at it. I'm very mechanically inclined and I tried everything that I knew how to do on it but I still could not get it to light. Chuck tinkered with it for a bit and then noticed that the wire wick was somehow bent away from the burners. He bent the wick a bit closer to the burners and TA-DA, it lit perfectly. They were both so accommodating, kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything about the place is classy---from the cleanliness, to the knowledge, excellent pricing, beautiful glass cabinet humidors and fantastic customer service. This is the ONLY place I will purchase cigars or any accessories locally from now on. Thank you both so much for helping me out and I will definitely be back in soon. I also don't want to forget to mention their excellent selection that they offer. All quality high-end brands which I appreciate in copious amounts. If you're a seasoned cigar aficionado, you will understand. Stop in and check them out---you won't regret it!

New favorite shop to smoke at. BYOB is a plus. It has a unique lay out that provides multiple seating areas and humidor closets through out. Tons to choose from. Owners are awesome people that you can talk to easily. Lots of Pittsburgh brick n mortar shops are missing that (my opinion). Watch IG and FB for their events.
