I was greeted very kindly and tended to before giving my ID, which is an anomaly compared to other business's where they immediately ask for my ID before even asking what im there for. It was really refreshing, also they have good quality products at THE BEST prices in town(lincoln). You can literally get a pack of menthol basics under 6 bucks its roughly like 5.50 around that price range, its really affordable and considerate of them to sell at such a low price.

Bought a new vape and the same day it stopped working, came in the next day because I live far and tried to return it with a receipt and was told I couldn’t return it

Anytime that I go into the cigarette shopper I am Always greeted with a smile and a hi, hello, how are ya today. They are very friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable about their products. If you want a product that they don't have, they will put in the effort to try and get it for you. Their prices are fair and They have a Great selection of normal and unique smoking devices. Thank you guys for Great Customer Service and just being you.

This is my regular smoke shop and I absolutely love it! The service, people, and environment is amazing. They are always joking and they take the time to get to know you! Wonderful place!
