I stopped by Astoria Cigar Corner recently and honestly walked out wondering how this place is still in business. The vibe felt completely off the moment I stepped in. The staff barely looked up, acted annoyed when I asked simple questions, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping anyone in the store. The selection looked messy and unorganized, and the prices felt all over the place. I asked about a specific product and got three different answers from three different people. It didn’t give me any confidence that they knew what they were talking about. What really pushed it over the edge was the attitude. Everything felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I’ve been to plenty of cigar shops in Queens, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I left without buying anything because the whole interaction just felt uncomfortable. There are way better places in the area where the staff actually cares about customers. This one, in my opinion, isn’t worth the stop.

Really good place to buy your tobacco if you roll your own cigarettes. The owner is very helpful and a great person. He gave me something to try out for $15 and he said use it, if it doesn't work bring it back. And he was a man of his word and gave me the refund. Excellent variety, excellent service.

Smoking here was great. Anwar is a very experienced person, he knows all the information about the cigar. They have all kind of fresh cigar and humidity system. Come and visit this store you will get best experience for cigar.

The floor guy was very respectful as well as helpful in helping me pick out some incense. The guy behind the counter was kind of rude, this is the second time I get an attitude and bad service from the counter guy. The shop itself is amazing & spacious, with plenty of smoker goods though. A sort of paradise for any pair of eyes. I'll be returning, hopefully to some better customer service from the people behind the counter.
