I've been a loyal patron of Cigar Warehouse for over two years now, and I can confidently say it's a wonderful place for cigar enthusiasts. I bought my first good set of cigars here, and since then, it's been my go-to spot. The workers are super nice nine times out of ten, super cool, and incredibly helpful. They know everything there is to know about cigars, and it's clear that this place is well-run with great prices. I've been meaning to write a good review for a while now, and today's experience was another reminder of why I keep coming back. However, I did have a not-so-great experience the other week. I stopped by to get some cigars for my dad, and as soon as I opened the door, a lady working there said, "We're closed," with a very mean and rude tone. This was even though it was still ten minutes before closing time. I mean, how long does it take to ring up an order of just two cigars? The laziness of some workers these days is frustrating. That one incident aside, this place is generally great and always delivers a fantastic experience. Because of that one off-putting employee, I'm giving Cigar Warehouse four out of five stars. It's definitely worth a visit!

My recent visit to the cigar store was excellent, thanks to the fantastic service from Dana and Jerry. I was looking for a new cigar but was unsure where to start. Dana and Jerry listened to my preferences and demonstrated impressive knowledge about the various brands, wrappers, and flavor profiles available. They guided me toward a fantastic choice that was exactly what I was looking for, without pressuring me toward the most expensive option. I was also very impressed with their knowledge of pricing and how different factors, like rarity and aging, affect the cost. They were able to explain the value of their high-end selection while also pointing out some high-quality, more affordable options. Their guidance made the buying process feel transparent and enjoyable. This is, without a doubt, a top-tier cigar shop, and I will be back thanks to Dana and Jerry.

Absolutely fantastic. I am a Realtor with zero experience with cigars. The person behind the counter know exactly what my client was asking for and out of the HUNDREDS of cigars in this store he walked right up to it with in seconds. Due to changes in the city ordnance the could no longer have a smoking lounge like the one in Dallas. Both locations have the largest selection of cigars around and in one location. Massive inventory with plenty of boxes to backup single stick sales. Wide range of accessories available. Excellent prices on everything. Friendly service and helpful advice always available. Plenty of parking. Easy on and off from the Dallas North Tollway and the PGBT.

Awesome cigar shop with a huge quality selection and helpful staff. This place has plenty of limited edition cigars as well. If they don’t have what you’re looking for odds are they have it at their Dallas location. Be sure to take advantage of the 15 cigars 15% off. No smoking in the Plano location so you dont have to worry about your wife yelling at you. 🤣 Shout out to Sammy, she’s great! 👍🏼
