This place has a great cigar selection. However, no hello as I came in and the people in there seemed bitter, cold and very dry. I dont want to be like the perpetual victim left winger as I also a conservative republican, but it seems the crowd here is ultra ultra far right customers that if a person a shade darker walks in ( Im hispanic) your presense is questioned and frowned upon. Better places out there. Im also a veteran and probably that doesnt matter either.

Bought 2 liga privada no 9’s and a lighter. $70. Sticks were so wet they wouldn’t burn without the lighter attached to em. Go else where for your cigars

When I walked in, I wasn't greeted or really acknowledged. I said a quickly "Hi" to who I assume is the owner and made a straight line to the humidor in the back. The humidor had some cigars I haven't seen in other stores such as the Don Pepin Garcia lancero, but it was lacking in other departments. I usually enjoy boutique cigars and there wasn't much that I felt compelled to purchase here. I spent a good 15 minutes in the humidor and the owner never came over to make small talk or check up on me. Other customers stepped into the humidor to grab sticks and I said "hello" to them, but they just stared at me for a second before going to pick up their cigar. I will say that upon check out, the owner was VERY kind and we made some small talk there, but it felt as if they expected me not to make any purchases and be on my way out after browsing. Maybe I came in on an off day, but my experience could've been better. One thing that made this store/lounge stand out from other cigar stores/lounges is that this one has a bar with beer on tap. I rarely see a bar inside of lounges so that was pretty cool. I'll visit again in hopes of a better experience and will snap some photos to update as well. Update 08/21/2018: Revisited and the owner was very laidback. My original complaint of not being greeted inside the humidor is retracted. I like going into a humidor and being left to browse around on my own. The prices are fair and again, still finding cigars that my regulars don't carry such as the Mr. Brownstone or the My Father No. 4. They even have the Undercrown Coronets. I forgot to snap more photos as I got sucked into the Last Call. Definitely will be visiting on my Tuesday rotation.

The owner lady was very nice and attentive. Prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was nice with many people talking and enjoying themselves at the bar and on the lounge. Very nice vibes. Will go back. I’m glad I found them on Google. Didn’t know they were there and usually drive further to get some cigars. I think the cigar walk-in humidor can be made bigger for more selection. Still a solid place.

Came in for a nice cigar, not knowing the unexpected selection of nice tobacco pipes they had. Got a really nice Cesare Barontini pipe and some high quality Peterson tobacco. This is a great spot for cigar AND pipe smokers alike.
