The workers here were very nice and personable. I met Chris, Alex and Daniel the owner. They were knowledgeable, approachable and answered all my questions as well as gave some nice suggestions. The store was decent size with a specific room for cigars. A good selection as well. I got the patron #50. I enjoy peppery Cigars so this was a nice suggestion, $34 after taxes. They also have a small smoking section with chairs, ash trays and umbrellas. All in all a great store for this area.

Definitely a great cigar shop for everyday cigar needs. They have knowledgeable staff and fairly reasonable prices on most items. I come back because the staff is awesome and I don’t mind paying a little bit more than online, so that I can support a local business.

So glad I decided to stop by. Was in town and don’t have any tobacco stores near me and this shop really made me miss that. Rick did an awesome job helping me find what I want and chatting with me for a bit. Nicely put together store with solid selection filled kind people! Definitely check them out!

The best place in TriCities, in my opinion, for cigars! Daniel, the owner, will welcome you in and is awesome at helping you decide what will be great that day. Buy a few, buy a lot. Singles to boxes. I have visited many of the cigar/smoke shops in the area, and from what I can see, prices are the best here. Daniel just had a Perdomo event, with some really good deals, and lots of knowledge from the rep who came for it. Nice swag to be raffled off, from the Patented coffee mug with a cigar rest, to a Pelican Case humidor. Lots of knowledge here for a beginning smoker, or someone who knows what they want when they come in as well. This is a shop for cigars, and pipes. They sell humidors, lighters, cutters, pipes, pipe tobacco, etc but no cigarettes here, just a really nice place to come, choose your stick, and enjoy out on the patio. Come try Cigar Savvy and see what you have been missing on deals and selection ❤️

The employee (owner?) was incredibly friendly and offered smells of cigars I was unsure of and also knew what he was talking about. Found a couple great stogies for that weekend. They didn’t carry any rum or cognac soaked brands like Makers Mark but a huge selection. Def will be my go to place when we visit the Tri-Cities!
