The experience here feels inconsistent. Every time I visit, it seems like the rules change depending on who’s working. The first time I came, a gentleman told me I needed a membership to smoke cigars there. I explained that I intended to buy cigars, but he insisted on the membership, so I left. The second time, I bought a single cigar to take home. Another staff member told me I was welcome to sit and smoke if I purchased something, which contradicted what I was told during my first visit. So, I stayed and smoked. Today, I came in again, picked up a cigar, and went to the register. The same older gentleman from my first visit informed me that I normally needed to spend at least $35 to sit and smoke. When I explained that I was just getting started and unsure how much I’d spend, he said he’d make an exception because of the bad weather but emphasized that this wasn’t the norm. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It seems like a nice place, but the inconsistent enforcement of rules is frustrating.

I was in town for a bit and decided to stop by at the lounge. I typically do not go to cigar lounges often but needed to pick up some cigars as a gift . I do not regret at all that I made my stop there ! They have great atmosphere, and one of the best customer services I have received in a long time ! They know their product, maintain great attitude towards each customer, personalize service! I definitely recommend this place!!! I will for sure come back there!!! Thank you for making my experience at the lounge an unforgettable event!

Came across this place as a first timer during my business trip and I didn’t regret it. I loved the calm atmosphere and variety of cigars and cutters this place had. Coming from New York, the prices were great and affordable when buying in bulk. The service that I experienced from Gulzoda and the rest of the staff was amazing. From all the cigar lounges that I have visited this place definitely was one of my favorite.
