EDIT in reply to the owner. If the old man working there isn't sexist, then why ignore me and only address the men in the lounge? I've smoked cigars for 10+ years and I know how to cut, light, and smoke them. My husband used to visit this establishment frequently when he lived in the area, so when we were in the area we stopped in to purchase cigars for him and me. First, the older man working spoke only to my husband and didn't ask what I smoked, which was ok as I knew what I wanted. My husband purchased a street taco which he said was good. Sadly as you can see by the pictures, my Sweet Jane was not. I did the usual V cut and toasted and lit it appropriately. After about two puffs, the end blew and the cap started to peel off. I gave it a few more puffs and the entire end blew and ash went everywhere. My husband went to tell the gentleman working and he said that I cut it wrong and wasn't smoking it right by continuously puffing and keeping it lit. He cut more than half the cap and relit it. Within two puffs again more of the wrapper came off at the cap and bottom, the bottom blew and the tobacco was coming out the cap. This isn't a smoker problem, but a humidity problem.

What a fantastic cigar lounge! I was in town for business for a few weeks and spent a few evenings at Cigar Jones. Everyone was super friendly and they even remembered my name! Great selection of cigars and a cool lounge vibe. Be sure to try their house cigars made by Plasencia!! I’ll be sure to stop by again the next time I’m in the area

The best thing about Cigar Jones is it's proprietor/shopkeeper/cigar king.... I wish I remembered his name! He gave us the information that was most important in selecting cigars, being careful to admit that the best cigars are not the most expensive ones! If you are looking for a great place to sample cigars that's comfortable, friendly, not pretentious, and not stuffy, this is definitely the place!
