Highly recommend!, Chris, the manager, has my personal taste so dialed in, that the last cigar he recommended was so good that I nearly burnt the end of my fingers before I was willing to let it go. Everybody there is top notch. The last time I visited the lounge, the only thing they could’ve done to make me feel more welcome and at home, would’ve been to have brought me a blanket and a pillow. Truly a professional organization staffed by knowledgeable and kind people.

Cigar Chateau is hands-down one of the best cigar lounges around, a true luxury experience with the warmth of a neighborhood classic. They’ve been around for over 30 years, and it shows in everything from their massive selection to the hospitality. Dan especially stands out: charming, charismatic, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Along with Reuben and the rest of the staff, they make everyone feel at home whether you’re a seasoned smoker or brand new to cigars. Their humidor is loaded with both legacy and boutique brands: Arturo Fuente, Padrón, Perdomo, Oliva, plus tons of boutique offerings and rare limited editions like OpusX at fair, first-come-first-serve pricing. They also carry pipe tobacco, pipes, and every accessory you could need: cutters, lighters, ashtrays, humidors, you name it. The lounge itself is top-tier with comfortable chairs, excellent ventilation, and complimentary coffee, tea, water, and soda for anyone smoking. They host frequent events, tastings, promotions, and visits from cigar reps, making it more than just a shop, it’s a community. Highly recommended. 🔥💨

Was looking at giving pipe smoking a shot and maybe grab a couple of cigars. Found this plce via the google machine and figured I would give it a try. When we arrived we were greated with a welcome and a smile. Being a newbie I had alot of questions and all my questions were answered and I was given very sound advice on which way to go to begin my pipe smoking journey. Plus my wife left with some really cool cigar boxes. Got home tried it out and yep this is my cup of tea and smells so much nicer than cigarettes.Dan was awesome and deserves a pay raise, because of his knowledge and awesome customer service we will be returning customers and will definitely tell anyone looking for cigars or pipe tobacco and supplies this is the place to go. Looking forward to the cigars Dan recommended to me to go with my fancy bourbon. Thank you Dan you steered me in the right direction.

I am a return customer. They are the only shop anywhere nearby with solid pipe tobacco variety and stock. I just enjoyed a Crux Epicure Habano cigar and absolutely loved it. Staff as friendly as always and the lounge was great. Had at least half a dozen folks enjoying the lounge, friendly atmosphere, yet still peaceful.
