Very professionally run establishment. Great customer service. Melissa, one of the associates, is always very friendly and never short with anyone. Still something to be said for how you treat people. That’s why this place is a success and worth a visit for lottery even if you’re not a big cigar person.

Cigar Box does not provide good customer service, they provide fantastic customer service. While is store they are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to know the type of cigars I smoke and PROACTIVELY REACHED OUT to me to make me aware of a new model of the brand I smoke and an associated promotion. Further, they set aside a limited item until I could get to the store the next day. These folks truly define customer service. Highly recommend them.

Cigar Box is one of the most reputable cigar retailers, both online and at their various locations throughout NEPA.
