Good store. Most the prices are cheaper than other stores. The people that work behind the counter are very knowledgeable on their products also.

I bought a case of cigars from this guy. I told him that out of the case of cigars I had like three bad ones. I didn't ask him for anything. I was just advising him. He said what are you telling me for? I don't make the cigars. Then he tells me that I'm always complaining when I come in the store.. I tell him I don't have to talk to him. All I want to do is buy two cigars. I usually buy 10 He asked me to leave the store threatened to call the police then told me he going to tell the next person that comes on shift not to sell me anything I really would like to talk to the person that manager owns this store I have a few choice words about his employees customer service. If he don't care what he's selling he shouldn't work there.. I have a right to tell him if I had a problem with something that I purchased that is not complaining.. I would like for the owner or the district manager to get in contact with me or leave a way for me to get in contact with them I would appreciate it and I think it's important I see this review didn't get the manager's attention. I guess they don't care What they sell as long as they get money. I would think a manager would have tried to contact me by now. I now buy my cigars from the cigar place online. Guaranteed if 2 cigars in the box bad it will be replaced the box

Great place to stop by for some amazing disposables vapes and a huge cigar collect that caters to any and all budgets. The owner also is super friendly and it's worth stopping in. I can't tell you how many times I've been in her shop and she already knows what someone wants by the relationships she builds with her customers. 10/10 shop, if you aren't shopping here then you are missing out.

After moving to NC years ago, we still travel to MI twice a year. We stop in Middlesburg Hts, OH as a good stopping point and I try to visit this cigar shop when we do. Talking to super friendly Jim is a good experience, and a very nice place.
