The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They offer help if needed and make sure you are content with helping you by answering any questions or recommending a product based off your palette and experiences. I think the person who helped me was Jay. He is great. Jay is very friendly, knowledgeable and an asset to Tinder Box with how he made us feel valued as a customer. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back and this place is highly recommended. They have a large selection of cigars and accessories.

Best cigar shop in Charlotte - hands down. If you're in the area, make sure to stop in. They have a vast selection of premium cigars, so you can find the perfect cigar for your taste. The crowd is very welcoming. Make sure to ask for Joe. He'll take great care of you. He's very knowledgeable, and he will point you in the right direction.
