Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a nice size selection of cigars. The seating is also very comfortable. Overall, it's a nice lounge. The only downside was that their ventilation system was off in the room we were in and someone also turned off the fan so it got pretty stuffy.

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a heartfelt review of Casa De Puros. This place came highly recommended — and honestly, I couldn’t have chosen a better spot that evening. It truly lives up to its name as a “house of cigars” — but more than that, it's a house of community, connection, and comfort. After recently experiencing a loss in the family, I needed somewhere to clear my mind and just press pause on life for a bit. Casa De Puros was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I stepped in, the energy was warm, laid-back, and genuine. Every person there made you feel like more than a customer — they made you feel like family. Even the owner personally welcomed us with open arms — as if we’d known each other for years. He offered us some of his finest bourbon (and yes, even some food 😄), and we shared everything from laughs to real talk — from sobriety to automation. His son even pulled up a seat for a while and added to the great energy. The cigar selection was top-tier — with a few personal favorites like Plasencia — and the team helped with great suggestions without being pushy. To the owner and crew: thank you for creating this space. It’s more than a cigar lounge — it’s a sanctuary for good people and better conversations. I’ll absolutely be back soon. Casa de Puros in Maywood, Illinois is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and treated like VIPs. The service was absolutely fabulous—every single person we encountered went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. A huge thank you to Rico, who treated us with such kindness and professionalism. He made sure we had everything we needed and made our visit truly unforgettable. The owner was incredibly accommodating—he personally gave us a tour of the facility, which was beautiful and well-kept. He even offered us complimentary water and sodas, a small touch that went a long way in making us feel appreciated. Special shout-out to LaVon at the front entrance! She was warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the very start. Her smile and energy set the tone for the amazing experience we had inside. This place isn’t just a cigar lounge—it’s a community. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Casa de Puros to anyone looking for top-notch service, hospitality, and atmosphere.
