I started smoking cigars 1 year ago and had the oportunidade to visited CASA DE MONTECRISTO last Friday. That was my first time in a cigar lounge. I was immediately welcome from Louis, one of the staff members. He was super nice and took me inside the humidor. He asked me about my preferences, I also mentioned the range price I was aiming. He gave me some options and explained me the difference of flavors and strength. He was super nice, didn't try to rush me or force me to buy something more expensive. The environment is nice, good couches, tables, TVs. Also, people that was smoking there was having fun, talking, laughing and the environment energy was pretty good. I really felt welcome and definitely Im coming back. They allow you to bring your own bottle of alcohol, in that case you have to spend at least $20 into the humidor (in my opinion it is very reasonable) There is a liquor store next by. As mentioned before, Im definitely will be back, and Louis is a great staff.

What a great spot! In NYC from the UK and everything from the selection the cigars, the atmosphere and the people was amazing. The staff were awesome too, couldn't say enough good things about them, polite, knowledgeable and good humour. BYOB on booze with a great liquor store 2 doors down but you can grab a soft drink. Will be back here on my next trip to NYC.

For anyone who enjoys cigars, this is a place you must visit. Customer service being at the top of their game paired with exceptional products that are the forefront of this business are only missing the third leg of the tripod......you. Check it out for yourself. Even if you don't like cigars, bring someone who does...they will appreciate you

If you are looking for a comfortable place to smoke a cigar, this is it! Visited two other “cigar” lounges that wanted to charge for a seat. Case de welcomes you in and treats you nice. Enjoy. Wanted to add, plenty of TVs for the games and great seating. The smoke handling systems works extremely well. Nice people. Great atmosphere.
