I was taken to Casa de Montecristo Cigar Lounge and Bar for my 56th Birthday in 2022, after a delicious dinner at Al Biernat's near there. This place topped the night of my Birthday Celebration. We smoked some Good Cigars and had drinks as well. The atmosphere was nice and the music playing was Great! I can say I will be going back.

I was invited to come to listen to some R&B music tonight, Staff are attentive and very inviting. As I sat down to get ready to light up I look across and immediately I notice the busted up seats not just one but several seats. This spoke volumes to me on so many levels. If your regular customers haven’t said anything about replacing the chairs. This is the time to do so. Your lounge is near downtown Dallas. Hopefully this review will reach the owner or management to make these small changes to this lounge.

Every visit to Casa de Montecristo in Dallas is a great experience, but what truly sets this lounge apart is the exceptional service ,especially from Tasha. Her customer service is absolutely immaculate. She’s always warm, respectful, and genuinely friendly from the moment you walk in. Tasha has a natural way of making everyone feel welcome, whether you’re a regular or stopping by for the first time. She remembers preferences, checks in without being intrusive, and sets the tone for a relaxed, upscale atmosphere. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers this level of hospitality, and it elevates the entire lounge experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable spot with top-tier service and a great cigar selection, Casa de Montecristo Dallas is the place and Tasha is a big reason why.

Great place for a cigar and a cocktail. Concierge in the humidor had awesome recommendations, while Lauren made an amazing Old Fashioned to pair with my stick. The patrons were all amazing people. I certainly hope to get back here!

My colleagues suggested this cigar lounge to me a week ago, and tonight was the night I had off from work to visit and the service was 2.5 out of 10. I’m not sure which night they visited and experienced such “phenomenal service”, but tonight just wasn’t it. My ashtray stayed dirty, help was little to none and it was hard to tell who was actually working at the lounge. If you’re going to be open and have customers to check out, please put your cellular phone away. Goodness. I don’t know, but I will not be back.
