This is an amazing cigar Lounge, this Lounge is for cigar aficionados as well as newcomers. I like the fact that the staff they are knowledgeable and are welcoming, I have been to this location many of times and I am considering getting a membership. They have arguably one of the most vast Selections of Cigars in the region, you would be hard pressed not to find any cigar that you were looking for. They have a separate humidor for all high-end and hard to find cigars. The public seating area is very nice, however, it is limited. This place truly shines by being invited by a VIP member and being able to experience the VIP Lounge and the lower level, accessible by a key fob, and elevator, or stairs. In the VIP area, you have many tables and chairs and booth seating, you have a conference room, a movie theater, and another private seating area, there are TVs everywhere. And there is a functioning bar, where gas can enjoy non-alcoholic soft drink drinks that are complementary, complementary water, complementary coffee. I believe on the weekends and perhaps on certain weeknights, there is a young lady that works down there that happily serves guests down there, only further enhancing the experience by not having to get up and get whatever you need from behind the bar. Bathrooms/restrooms: I am a stickler for clean restrooms, and the restrooms in this place are always clean, and they have a clipboard for hourly inspections of the restrooms. This place attracts a very diverse crowd of both young and old, all careers and businesses that you can think of, a melting pot of all people. I never felt out of place or not welcomed. The membership and pricing really shines here, because the pricing for your monthly membership serves as a credit in order to purchase cigars and accessories, so essentially the membership pays for itself on a monthly basis.

Casa de Montecristo offers a solid cigar lounge and retail experience, especially if you’re already in the area and looking for a dependable place to pick up and enjoy a good cigar. I stopped in for both a retail purchase and some time in the lounge. The cigar selection was strong, with fair pricing that felt appropriate for the quality and variety available. One of the staff members behind the counter was genuinely knowledgeable and very helpful, offering guidance and making the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, that level of service wasn’t consistent across the board, as another staff member seemed far less engaged, which took a bit away from the overall experience. The lounge itself is comfortable but comes with a few tradeoffs. It was very smoky, which is expected to a degree in a cigar lounge, but ventilation could be improved. Seating is somewhat limited, though there are plenty of TVs, making it a decent spot to sit back and watch a game while enjoying a smoke. One notable drawback is that there were no drinks available for purchase, which feels like a missed opportunity and would significantly elevate the lounge experience if added. Parking was a bit confusing, as the lot was packed due to another nearby business, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, Casa de Montecristo does the basics well and delivers on cigars and atmosphere, even if there’s room for improvement in service consistency and amenities. I would go back if I was in the area and would recommend it to cigar smokers who prioritize selection and a straightforward lounge environment.

This was a great place to smoke, with a great selection. The customer service wasn't the best. Maybe because the white young lady and white young dude didn't know us or we were not regulars. I definitely didn't feel the warm welcome when we first arrived!!!
