Sooo welcoming and have a fantastic stock. I think the lounge name is misleading as I feel there should be a cigar smoking area to be a true cigar lounge.

Superb selection of smokes and helpful staff, but any reference to a "lounge" should be removed from the website. If you can't smoke anything inside the building it's not a lounge. Extremely misleading. It's a retail store, and a great one. But that's it.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give in order to to make this comment. This place had the most atrociously disrespectful employees. That place needs the staff that was there when it was JR Cigar 25 years ago. I strongly advice the public to stay far away from Casa de Montecristo. Horribly run place. I wish the cameras there could have recorded everything said to me while I was there.

Nice spot, I was just disappointed because they dont have a bar like the one in Nashville. Great cigar selection, great customer service though.
