I moved to Richmond earlier this year and fell in love with this place. With several locations and a great selection it has become my go to! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Y'all should definitely check them out if you're in the area. Edit: I bought a vape from them that they sold to me as THCA. When I got home I scanned the packaging and it said that it was only about 10% THCA. It turns out it was mostly Delta 8 (Not good). I went to ask for a refund or at least some store credit since I was misled on my purchase. The cashier said that there was nothing they could do about it, and that the vape they sold me was an illegal product in Virginia. Not sure how they were able to sell it to me in the first place. It's unfortunate cause I was a big fan of Carytown Tobacco, but now I have to go somewhere else. Also stay away from Exodus Vapes. They are terrible.

Amazing pieces! So many selections, for such a great price. The guy working was very helpful, and nice. I live in Virginia beach and plan two hours just to grab a new piece once a month.

Came in to buy cartridges for my vape and Aiden convinced me to sign up for the rewards program. He made sure that I knew I “would not receive any text or emails”. So I signed up 🤷♀️. Went back to the car and pulled out my phone to see a message, thanking me for signing up for the rewards program. Well done Aiden, well done 👍

I have never had a bad experience here. In fact everyone has been overwhelmingly friendly. I certainly don't mean to make them sound like they are that creepy type of customer service representatives, either. They have a good selection and are willing to answer all of my questions without making me feel as if I am putting them out. I would absolutely recommend this store, and this location!
