I bought a bundle of cigars for $70, and it was a complete waste of money. The cigars were dry, old, and clearly not stored properly. It’s unacceptable for any cigar shop to sell products in that condition. To make things worse, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to bring up the issue, they didn’t care and offered no solution at all. Avoid this place — there are plenty of other cigar shops that take pride in their products and treat customers with respect.

This has been my go to cigar shop for years! They’re open late, they have great regulars and the owner is a Gem! Not mention they have the best selection I’ve seen of stuff that’s hard to find!

Came here for a visit from.out of town. Allen is a friendly guy with a dog equally as friendly. Very knowledgeable about the sticks, AND throws you a bonus stick with certain purchases. Next time Im in MIA, Im definitely coming here again, and with more money.
