It’s hard to beat a place with such amazing atmosphere. The service has been unmatched and there is huge well maintained humidor. I was absolutely delighted to find the barber chairs. This completely add to the charm but more especially the comfort level. This is not a knock by any stretch; I wish they had coffee for purchase. Again that’s just a suggestion or wish. Nice little shop. They have a pretty good selection of cigars and pipe tobaccos. The guy working was helpful and seemed know what he was talking about.

Update: January 31, 2026 Came in here today for a much needed cigar. I'm good to go now, but man I was stuck in Dandridge, TN last night with all the snow and didn't have a cigar to light up to. Came here to Burns Tabacconist to grab me a few stickaroos. Missed my guy Charlie. He just left when I walked in. Will catch him next time. I got 2 Southern Draw by Jacob's Ladder and 1 Punch. Now I can WUSA as I head back to Houston. I love coming to Burns. The decor, & huge cigar selection makes is a staple in this area. There selection of cigars is top notch in my opinion. Stop by and check them out. Love coming here. Keep missing my guy Charlie to talk football. Great selection of cigars and been coming here for a few years now. Bama Trucker-ROLL TIDE

My first visit here was great! Made me feel at home and welcomed. Didn't make me feel stupid for asking newby questions and guided me in my purchase. Met some cool people in the lounge/,smoke area. All in all a great experience and I will become a regular.

If I have been to a cigar joint that had this kind of selection, I don't remember it. The selection here is perhaps double the size of Cigars and More on 280 in Birmingham AL, and 3 or 4 times the size of Churchills in Birmingham MI. Guy at the counter (didn't ask the man's name, my apologies) said this is the largest Cigar selection in all of Tennessee. Not sure if that's 100% true, but if it ain't, it's definitely in the top 3.
