From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, welcoming atmosphere and an incredibly knowledgeable staff who clearly care about helping you find exactly what you're looking for—whether you're a seasoned cigar enthusiast or a first-time buyer. The humidor is impressive, well-organized, and stocked with a wide selection of premium cigars from trusted names to hidden gems. There's truly something for every taste and budget. What sets Burn apart, though, is their customer service. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has gone out of their way to make thoughtful recommendations, answer questions, and even educate a bit when asked. They're friendly without being pushy, which creates a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience.

Great Place, Awesome Owners! If you're in the Burnsville area or not, still stop by 'BURN' to enjoy a nice cigar, great selections, reasonable prices. James or one of his partners will take good care of you and definitely make you feel at home.

Stopped in for the first time tonight to buy a few cigars for my dad for his birthday. My dad rarely treats himself so I wasn’t sure what his favorites were but the staff member was so helpful. I told him my price range, he picked a few & offered one higher end option. I gladly accepted, trusting his judgement…no questions asked! I’ll be back for all my future cigar purchases.
