Truly this place is my home away from home. The staff is amazing and the upstairs members lounge is the most cozy spot to smoke a stick. I absolutely recommend getting their membership, it is so so so worth it. Plus when you bring your friends to the lounge for a guest pass, the cigars they buy gives your account points so bring your friends!! Watching Sabres games and bills games here is awesome as well, free pizza and $3 drafts, $4 crafts. Genuinely you will have an amazing time, everytime. Much love to everyone at Buffalo Cigars!!!

Sales associate was so kind and helpful. My boyfriend was definitely surprised by the last minute gift and said he is looking forward to enjoying the cigars that were recommended.

Update: January 28 2026 Just came in here and glad I did. Found what I was looking for. My AJ Fernandez Hoyo is a good stick and a gem. I like this place because it's small and has a good selection of cigars. I forgot about NY cigar tax. (Gggzzzz) but it is what it is. Will be back next time. I LOVE coming to Buffalo!!! First time at this location & they had a pretty decent selection. Was able to park my semi across the street. (I'm a trucker)...The staff was cool & knowledgeable.

When I walked in there were 2 young girls (maybe late teens or very early 20s) talking with the guy working there who was an orange-haired guy with umm...interesting.... facial hair in a hoodie. It wasn't very welcoming that all 3 stared at us. He was very short with us and acted like we interrupted something by being there. I was curious about joining their club and buying a sample pack. They were out of sample packs, didn't mention the lounge until I asked him if it was even open, and made zero mention of the club. I didn't even ask about club details because it wasn't the vibe I wanted to hang out in and spend money at with the welcome I got. He called another club for me to see if they had sample packs, was short with me, and was kind of like "be on your way so I can go back to whatever's going on with these girls" type attitude.

First time visiting last night with a friend who is a member. Great vibes and great sticks. Bar was open so we got the full experience. Well worth the 1hr drive from Canada.
