The store clerk was very helpful being a first time cigar smoker, she’s made me understand how to do the cigar and guided me to my first ever experience! Thank you so much and teaching me how to proper smoke a cigar. I’ll be returning

They R One of the Best Cigar Shops in The Country I’m a Trucker I stoped there for 4yrs Before I switched Lanes to the East Coast and soon I’ll be back in the Midwest and Looking to shop there again!!!

On a quick note yes this is the place to go in Paducah for cigars there is literally no question about that. The owner and employees are very respectful to anyone and everyone that walks through the doors. I sit in there and smoke cigars almost an entire day of the week if not more when I'm down there on my extensive visits. They have a wonderful selection and even their own house blend cigars are even superior to some that I have found with a brand name. With that being said and after reading so many negative comments that all sound similar. I would have to say that they are very confused with the gentleman across town, who treats you like garbage if you don't dress like money, talk like you're going to spend (a lot of) money, or even walking to his humidor at which that point he is on your coattails as if you're going to steal something. The man won't even let you use his bathroom after buying a cigar! Brentley's is the place to go! I don't know why these few people are writing such negative reviews but, I assure you they are not talking about Brentley's.

They are the nicest people in the business. They order whatever I am looking for. They even carry it to my car. They are great.
