This place was HUGE!!!! The wine section of the store is as large as other Binny's locations.... Like the whole other Binny's could fit in the wine section here. There's a whole second part with the liquor, beer, and even more wine somehow. The vast expanse of this beautiful store is inspiring. Even though they didn't have the exact Polish wine I was loooking for, the kind worker escorted me to the aisle with two extremely similar substitutes. I was super impressed with his selections and it totally made my night. My husband even found the beer that we loved on our recent California vacation! Thank you!!

Whether you’re looking for everyday favorites or rare finds, this store has it all. Whenever I’m in Oak Brook, I make it a point to stop by and check out their annual collector’s releases and new arrivals. The staff is always helpful, and the layout makes it easy to browse. I had the most amazing experience the other day with Chris and Scott. I just started a serving job and didn't know how to properly open a wine bottle with a cork top, so I was trying to buy some *cost efficient* wine that still tastes good that I can practice on. I explained my situation to Chris and he tried his best to help me and made it a fun and relaxed experience. Then Scott happened to come by and Chris asked him about what he would recommend for the description of wine I gave him. They both gave great suggestions that fit the budget and flavor profile I wanted. I then explained the entire story to Scott about why I was buying the wine. I had just gotten off my shift when I came in, and didn't realize what time it was ( it was almost close, did not mean to be *that* person). Scott went above and beyond, no hesitation, and graciously showed me how to properly open wine and the correct serving etiquette. I've never had such thorough and amazing customer service like that anywhere. He took the time to explain the steps to me and made me feel very relaxed learning, no judgment at all. He even still let me check out, no pressure in buying anything (but I still wanted to) and took the time to inform me of these tasting events I could attend while I was checking out. He absolutely deserves a raise, this is now my new favorite go-to liquor store :)

I was recommended this store by a friend. I drove over 2 hours to visit this store for their selection. They had no carts available so I had to use a basket. I was followed around the store by staff which made me feel extremely uneasy (especially as someone with anxiety) I got a full basket of items and had my girlfriend carrying one bottle so that it wouldn’t fall out of the basket and break on their floor. MY MISTAKE!! I was refused to be able to be checked out due to my girlfriend not having an ID with her as she was “carrying a bottle” I guess they’d rather you drop their bottles on the floor. I will never come back due to the extremely unprofessional and rude staff. If not for refusing to sell to me even though I had valid ID then for following me around the store. Maybe these people need to learn how the law works.
