On Sunday, I visited this location and was assisted by an associate named Alex. He had just returned from his lunch break and turned on his register light. I asked if he was ready to take customers. He did not respond verbally but nodded, so I proceeded to place my items on the counter. Throughout the transaction, he gave me dirty looks, and when I asked questions about rewards, he refused to answer them. At the end of the transaction, I asked that the receipt be handed to me instead of placed in the bag. I specifically said, “Receipt with me, please.” He responded by saying the receipt would be in the bag anyway. He then threw the receipt into the bag and immediately moved on to the next customer. I was treated like absolute garbage. I was far kinder to him than he was to me—by a long shot. How is that acceptable? I am the customer. After this experience, I spoke with the store manager, Joe, regarding what occurred. He said he would resolve the issue, but I am not 100% sure that will happen. He did not seem very eager to resolve it. Until I know the situation has actually been addressed, I am leaving this review up to warn other customers. This is especially disappointing because I’ve had consistently lovely experiences at the Arlington Heights Benny’s location—just not at this one.

This is a great Binnys with lots of space and lots of alcohol and they have a humidor for cigars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. There I so much variety from local US makers to international brands. Plenty of parking in the lot and close to all major stores when you need to do shopping runs. Lots of fun to shop here and bring alcohol and snacks and cigars home. And they even have cards (see pic of wet cat). They have a Binnys app and they also have an online site that tells you what’s in their inventory in each store so you don’t have to run around.

This place has a lot of what I like, I came to get some mezcal and I bought two bottles, one to mix and the other one just by itself. They also have mixers, juice, lime at the register. They have a large selection of all types of drinks and they are nicely organized. They have free parking and it is easy to checkout. Prices are compatible, I'll come back.
