This has become my favorite local spot – hands down, no questions. Not only do they have an unmatched selection (including my favorite Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust cigars) the place is impeccably clean, has great ventilation and a fantastic air cleaning system as well as plenty of televisions and seating. Even had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on several occasions. Both he and/or the lounge staff have gone out of their way to provide exceptional service every single time I’ve gone. My only critiques are that the place is so damn popular that finding a seat is challenging at times and the fact that I didn't swing by this place sooner! You won’t regret a visit!

I had a bad impression about this place recently despite visiting here a while back and having a single cigar when it was quite crowded. Nothing was wrong, there's just a sign outside that says there's a minimum $25 per person in order to use the lounge. well most of the cigars I like are under $20. I can't finish more than one per day. anyways we had family visiting and we took a stroll in there today. nobody bothered us or pressured us to buy anything. we walked around and looked at all the neat stuff and enjoyed all the smells of a wonderful cigar shop. we walked around the humidor and our family member started talking about what he knows about cigars. We sadly didn't have time to stop and smoke, but there was some nice conversations going on between patrons despite only a few people being in the place. the guy behind the counter was sharply dressed and seemed to know a lot about what he was talking about. I would have loved to stay but we had to go. I'll be sure to come back soon. I'm not sure what Big Mike looks like but he wasn't there, as his table was empty. everything had a price on it which was very nice. I like that.

The shop has a good selection of cigars. However, you cannot bring your own cigars inside to smoke. Additionally, this store no longer sells pipe tobacco.

Best cigar shop and smoking lounge in the North side of town. Located in downtown Skokie, there's plenty of parking, restaurants, bars. Great atmosphere, good people and a fantastic cigar selection. Visit the place and you'll be instantly enamored. This is the ultimate chill-out spot. Leather chairs, tables, ashtrays, and PLENTY of flat-screen televisions. The people who work there are top-notch. Ask for Hung or Sweet Baby Ray. They'll take care of you.

First time there and had a ball. It was my birthday, but no one knew, came by and greeted me and walked me thru all they offer and that they are BYOB, you can bring food but they said we have sine food up front and help yourself. People were all nice, great environment and staff. I will be back!
